Obviously, you know who we are. And, you know our lengthy history of developing, managing and leasing of shopping centers throughout the Southeast for some forty years. What you may not know is that we also provide a unique, low cost service for fast convenient On-Property site inspections.
Considering your valuable time and your in-house costs, what if you could delegate the following:

All of these credits relate to shopping centers, although we are certainly not out of our element in office buildings, warehouses, apartments and other commercial properties.
We call it “On Site Services” and the cost is only $75.00 per hour, plus expenses. We’ll go anywhere, any time, nationwide (24-7). Of course, we are fully licensed and insured.
